According to the contract, we would be required to compensate the tenants with a significant amount for the related loss expenses, which is something we are unwilling to accept. Additionally, the injected concrete slurry would add extra load to the existing deep soft soil base, posing a risk of secondary settlement in the future.

We have learned that Geobear's solution can quickly and non-invasively address the settlement issue without requiring the tenants to vacate the warehouse.
