PROBLEM

Since 2016, the floor slabs of the leading e-commerce warehouse located in Jiaxing of Zhejiang Province had subsided. The subsidence had caused problems for the warehouse operation process efficiency by creating a need to adjust the operation system. According to Geobear´s levelling results, an area of floor slabs measuring over 4200 sqm had experienced subsidence, compared to the original level of the production line base.

After a detailed ground investigation survey, Geobear Re-levelling Solutions were found to provide the necessary results in solving the operation system´s challenges affecting customer business outcomes. Through fast and flexible Geobear solutions, the customer was eventually able to minimize any drawbacks in terms of operational efficiency, as well as interference in terms of
their customer service.

OUTCOME

During Geobear ´s injection work, the warehouse kept operations. Work-areas were divided into 3 sections for the sake of flexibility and co-operation between the customer and Geobear. Consequently, the Geobear team was allowed to work on-site with rich experienced team, including a total of 4 Geobear ground engineering experts working non-stop. The project was completed ahead of schedule in 12 days, due to the optimal work process flow and excellent cooperation between the parties.
